If you did not receive an eScript, it can take up to 7 days for the TGA approval process and your doctor to write your script. Most doctors do not work daily and depending on their next shift is when your script and paperwork can be sent to the pharmacy.
You will need to inform the Balnce team which pharmacy you would prefer your TGA approval paperwork and script sent. Email support@balnce.health
