When you get medication dispensed from your eScript, you will be provided with a brand new eScript that states your repeats. This new eScript is provided to you via the pharmacy (not the doctor) that last dispensed the medication.
If you accidentally lose or delete the SMS or email with your electronic prescription token, you can ask for it to be resent. For original prescriptions, contact email@example.com. For repeats, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or the pharmacy that issued the repeat.
